Behold I AM Doing a New Thing!

Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Amplified Bible (AMP)

The other day on my way to the post office I passed by a local fellowship that had a portable sign in front of the building that read, ‘Behold I will do a new thing’ I remember passing and reading the sign a few days earlier; but something about the signage caused me to question validity of the advertisement. In one way I was sincerely hoping that the sign was a true reflection of what was going on inside of the building; but then it dawned on me that the statement it was making was nothing more than a futuristic projection. I have no problem with the statement or with the process by which we are all coming into a better understanding.

The truth be known, Yahweh is doing a new thing, and a remnant has been hearing this sound for a number of years. The problem as I see it is some are redefining what He is doing based on the best of what they knew in the former season and others are spinning off of the new thing based on their understanding of the latest book or teaching.

That said, I want to table my concerns and speak to a few things that I believe to be worthy of consideration.

Firstly, we need to be careful not to assume that the best of what we had in the former season of the Spirit (Latter Rain, Charismatic, Word of Faith, New Prophetic/Apostolic Reformation, Etc.) is the essence of what He is doing in this season of the Spirit.

Note: New thing does not mean a new twist on the same old way of doing things, and changing the language and philosophy will not change the outcome alone. Nor does it mean that He is only doing what He is doing in and through us. Too many times we think that the divine mandate by which we function and operate is somehow exclusive and therefore conclusive. It would do us all good to accept the fact that He is doing a new thing and while we have heard the promo, seen the advertisement and watched the trailer, we have yet to see the full-length premier of what He is doing.

Secondly, we need to be careful not to move out on another man’s revelation until we first come to a better understanding concerning the wisdom of application for ourselves. There is nothing wrong with praying about or waiting for the release of Holy Spirit before proceeding.

In this day and hour we need to try the spirit of a thing before we whole-heartedly embrace what others are saying about it.

Thirdly, we should not be too quick to fully embrace what others are saying about this season until it begins to bear witness with what Holy Spirit has been speaking to us for some time. We are still in the process of remembering who we were in creation before formation, and the heart and soul of man cannot be trusted without the forensic interrogation of the Spirit.

Lastly, I have asked a number of people what Holy Spirit is saying to them in this hour and to my surprise their response has been somewhat disconcerting. To be honest with you the majority of the people who were asked this question looked at me like they had been hit up-side the head with a dead fish, or they became angry and defensive. The reason that they became angry and defensive is because they have not been hearing anything for a while now, and the silence is intimidating. However, the proper response to silence not angst and frustration, and it is no indication that He is not speaking to others.  With that, I have been puzzled by their reaction until this past week when Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “begin to ask them, what is the Father requiring of you?”

What if I told you that His silence may represent His mercy and grace to you in this season?

What if I told you that your dullness of hearing may be a reflection of the degree to which you have hardened your heart toward the change that He is bringing in this season?

What if I told you that His silence may be nothing more than a test to see if you will respond in a mature way by asking some hard and difficult questions?

“We must begin to ask the right questions in order to arrive at the correct conclusions” blh

What is the Father requiring of you?

Answer: Everything and all of you!

Note: What that means to you may not be what it means to me; but until we are willing to ask the Father what He is requiring of us, we will not be able to move from where we are into the new season.

What you need to know is it will not be easy to leave behind anything in order to pursue His greater Kingdom purpose, and to fully trust Him with everything and all of you will require degrees of dying and levels death and hell. Therefore, start where you are right now. Do not attempt to live vicariously by someone else’s faith or understanding. Do not try to carry the cares of others in an attempt to avoid the reality of your own. Dying doesn’t come easy; but it must come before you will truly experience resurrection life and power.

Matthew 19:16-22  Now behold, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?” ¹⁷ So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, Yahweh. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.” ¹⁸ He said to Him, “Which ones?” Yahshua said, “‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness,’ ¹⁹ ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ ”²⁰ The young man said to Him, “All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?”²¹ Yahshua said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”²² But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.

What is the Father requiring of you?

Numbers 16:30 – But if Yahweh creates a new thing, and the earth opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the pit, then you will understand that these men have rejected the Lord.”

Caution: I would be remiss if I did not remind all of us that failure to continue and hear and obey His voice could result in early termination and that would represent failure to fulfill His practical will and purpose for our lives. It grieves me to say that some have already died pre-maturely and gone on to their reward in the past few years. Some of them finished strong and some of them fell on their own sword in battle.

Question: How long will we mourn for Saul?

1 Samuel 16:1 Now Yahweh said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? Fill your horn with oil, and go; I am sending you to Jesse the Bethlehemite. For I have provided Myself a king among his sons.”

2012 – Order & Government Restored

For many years I have been seeing glimpses of glory from a heavenly perspective; but they were little more than the fleeting images of faded memories that could not be expressed in a way that would produce life. I am happy to report to you that something is changing as we approach the end of 2011. Things have been intensifying and accelerating for the past several years and I expect that I am not the first or the last to come to a better understanding of His person and work. I have now lived long enough to begin to see the fulfillment of what I have been declaring and releasing for decades. It is hard for me to fathom the degree of frustration that most of the prophets of old must have experienced while waiting to see the fulfillment of the words they spoke and released in their lifetime. In my estimation the following passage of scripture is an example of a prophetic word that until now has not been fully understood. To be honest with you, I have preached and declared this scripture over the years; but was never convinced that I comprehended or grasped the scope and magnitude of what the old prophet was seeing.

Isaiah 2:1-2 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. ²Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of Yahweh’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.

Note: What if this passage of scripture was speaking about the end of that era, while pointing to the epoch event that was going to take place in the near future? Yahshua came preaching ‘The Kingdom of Yahweh is here’ and ever since He made that announcement, things have been different. Ever since the Day of Pentecost, all nations have been flowing into His house. In every living generation there has been a covenant seed.

For a number of months I have been openly declaring that the Kingdom is come and that it has always been about the Spirit and the Kingdom. From creation until NOW the dominion of His Kingdom has been established in planet earth and it was never a part of His original intent for it to fall into the hands of dissident and hostile forces. It is past time for this present darkness and oppression to end. We must be changed in the moment as we are divinely empowered to fully execute His judgment in planet earth. This is the purpose for which we were born and dominion is our birthright and manifest destiny. This is our finest hour and it is my hope that the order and government of Yahweh will be fully restored in our lifetime.

I have also been saying that the end is the same as the beginning. In other words, we have now come full circle as it pertains to the His greater Kingdom purpose.

If you can hear it, this is a second chapter of Acts moment in the history of the Ekklesia and we have an awesome opportunity to come about, and make things right today. We still have time to turn this great ship of Zion back on course, and find our true North. This can only be accomplished by trained and skilled mariners who are alert and awake in the moment. It is my sincere prayer that we will be further enlightened and empowered to navigate through the turbulent waters of our time, and thereby arrive safely back at port. Until then, He continues to be the anchor and mooring of our souls, and He will forever be the sovereign of our lives. Far too much time has been spent adrift, being tossed to and fro by the winds of doctrine, the trickery of man, and the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting. Unless we make a concerted effort to steer back on course right now, I am not sure that we will ever see it happen in our lifetimes. I hear a call from the helm “All hands on deck,” “batten down the hatches,” “man your battle stations,” “prepare for the conflict of the Ages”.

Men and brethren, I want you to know that I operate from a finished work mentally and I am persuaded that Satan was and is defeated 2000 year ago. I also believe that He was stripped of his rank, power and authority at that time, and therefore no longer has a right to rule. However, I have awakened to the grim reality that our homeland is being pillaged and freedoms eroded. The enemy of our soul is running rampant through the streets of our lives, as he plunders…rapes and kills his way back into power. It grieves me to know of several marriages and families who are under attack right now, and are presently teetering on the brink of destruction. I am also aware of a number of our brothers and sisters who are sick and dying of debilitating disease, and who may not survive another year without divine intervention. Brethren, need I say that this ought not to be so? What has happen to us that we continue to abdicate our responsibility as sons, and why have we all but given up our right to rule this world as kings and priest?

What if I told you that Yahweh and Yahshua have done all they are going to do concerning our current dilemma and that they are requiring a more mature response on our part to what is going on right now. The reason that we are presently powerless to effect any lasting change in this culture is because of rebellion, disobedience and ignorance. We must repent, change and align ourselves with His greater Kingdom purpose. His order and government must be restored in our lives before we will ever have the power and authority necessary to rule and reign in life by Messiah Yahshua. We are not waiting for Him to return because he has already come again in and through the person and work of Holy Spirit. He is waiting on us to grow up and become all we were predestined and fore-ordained to be. His personal work is finished on earth; but we are only now just beginning to come back into the person and work of Yahshua.

We are like the rib that was taken out of Adam in order to make his bride. We came forth out of His (the Last Man ADAM) side, the closest thing to His heart, and when they pierced His side on that dark day, the blood and water that flowed out of him is still empowering  and keeping us today. We are presently coming back into Him, and are becoming the ‘One New Man.’ Once we have been put back in place and completely assimilated back into Him, we will no longer see in part, because we will know as we are known.

We are presently remembering who we were in creation before formation. In order to see and hear what I am saying; you must understand and fully embrace this reality. The day of independent ‘maverick ministries incorporated’ is over. This is a time when individual expressions are beginning to come back into Him, where they will find fulfillment in the corporate expression of the Messiah. We are the individual expressions who are presently coming back into Him. It is His ministry, His house and His work. Never again will we be able to function and operate separately while living under the same roof. Never again will He allow us to be divorced from Him and one another in the ongoing work, and we are going to get over the need for validation and recognition. We are sons of the same Father, and now we will become brothers of the same family. Family requires a different level of love and commitment to work together and as we give ourselves totally and completely to Him, the SON of MAN will stand up and rise above the heavens. The mountain of Yahweh’s house has been established over the top of all other mountains and all nations are flowing into it…

I see Yahshua standing at that right hand of the Father saying, this is My beloved son in whom I am well please. Hear you him!

1 Corinthians 15:20-28 But now Messiah is risen from the dead, and has become the first-fruits of those who have fallen asleep.²¹For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead.
²²For as in Adam all die, even so in Messiah all shall be made alive.²³But each one in his own order: Messiah the firstfruits, afterward those who are Messiah’s at His coming. ²⁴Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to Yahweh the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.²⁵For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.²⁶The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.²⁷For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “all things are put under Him,” it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted.²⁸Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.
